What's a Pledge Manager?
New to Kickstarter? Never heard of a Pledge Manager?
The pledge manager is where you will provide your shipping details, update your rewards and confirm your order.
The Pledge Manager will open a few weeks after the campaign closes.

When will i receive my game?
We plan to have the games manufactured and with our fulfilment companies by the end of Q3 2022. This means fulfilment of the games will be in Q4 so we are estimating that you will receive your game by November/December 2022.

What's the difference in boxes?
The Fire & Ice pledge and the Earth & Water pledges are very similar! Each have 10 exclusive Heroes to that box and each have 2 exclusive scenarios to that box. Apart from that, they’re identical. If you’re stuck for choice of which one of these 2 to choose from, check out with heroes are included in which box and decide from there :)
The Collectors Edition has everything! It has all 10 exclusive heroes and 2 scenarios from the Fire & Ice pledge and also all the 10 exclusive heroes and 2 scenarios from the Earth & Water pledge. So a total of 20 heroes and all 4 scenarios.

Can you play fully coop, instead of 1 vs many?
Yes this is possible.
See our guide to solo mode. If you are happy with the AI being controlled by random dice rolls, you’re already set. If you would like your AI to be what some would call smart AI, then the solo mode add-on is recommended, as this add-on includes a 50 card monster AI deck. The cost of the true solo mode add-on is £10.

What are the card dimensions
Loot items and Adventure deck will be small sized cards, with the rest being standard size. See below exact sizes.
Mini-American size. 41m x 63m. Standard size. 63m x 88mm. Magic the Gathering/Pokemon size.

Will 1 set of 120 sleeves be enough?
Fire & Ice pledge - YES Earth & Water pledge - YES
Collectors Pledge - NO (see below)
The 120 sleeves are recommended for the 60 card trash mob deck and the 60 card action card deck as these will be shuffled during a game. There will be remaining around 80-90 un sleeved cards. These cards would be left un-sleeved, as they don’t require any shuffling. However if you would like these sleeved to we recommend adding x2 Sleeve add-ons to your order for a total of 240 sleeves.

Other languages?
We would love to have the game in multiple languages, preferably French, German, Spanish, Italian and Polish however this is something we will organise with other local publishers once we have the game published in English.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
